The HB Heavy Duty Linear Guide Series adopts a four-row steel ball design with four-point load-bearing, providing an optimized super-duty linear guide solution. Compared to other ball-type linear guides, this series features high rigidity, high load capacity, high speed, and four-directional equal load distribution characteristics. It integrates a self-aligning capability that compensates for mounting surface misalignment while maintaining strict precision requirements.

Retainer Design for Sliders

The retainer inside the slider prevents steel balls from dislodging. Selected series feature interchangeable accuracy grades. Customers can order guide rails or sliders separately as needed, allowing independent storage of rails and sliders to minimize space requirements.

Four-Row Arc Grooves with 45°Contact Angle

Square heavy duty linear guide bearing adopts four-row arc grooves and four-row steel balls with a 45° contact angle, so that the steel balls can reach a two-point contact structure and can withstand loads from four directions; when necessary, preload can be increased to improve the rigidity of the linear guide.

HBL Series:Reduces slider height without altering the load type, enabling operation in confined spaces.
HBW Series:Extends mounting hole spacing after height reduction, offering multiple mounting options for simplified installation.
